Kindergarten Registration for 2019-20
01/28/2019
The first phase of kindergarten registration for the 2019-20 school year begins February 4. Kindergarten registration is being conducted in two phases this year. Parents with a student already enrolled in FCPS should register their rising kindergarten student between February 4 and March 1. The parents of a rising kindergarten student who have no other children currently enrolled in FCPS should register their child from March 4-8.

FCPS is undertaking an effort in 2018-19 to develop a Portrait of a FCPS Graduate and update the school division’s Strategic Plan. In this video, several members of the Strategic Plan Portrait Design Team, which includes parents, teachers, business and community leaders, school administrators, and others, discuss the Portrait of a FCPS Graduate and how the collaborative work being done to develop the Portrait and updated Strategic Plan will benefit students and the Frederick County community. ​
