Sovine says, “We are excited to have Mrs. Dodd join Frederick County Public Schools. She possesses many years of experience as a teacher and is an innovative instructional leader. In addition, she’s passionate about public education and working collaboratively with others to meet the needs of all students by providing student-centered learning experiences.”
