Frederick County Board of Supervisors Approves Funding for School Security Updates

DecorativeOn January 9, 2019, the Frederick County Board of Supervisors approved the School Board’s request for approximately $1.3 million to fund Phase II Safety and Security Construction Upgrades to a number of school facilities. The enhancements will help make James Wood High School, Millbrook High School, Sherando High School, James Wood Middle School, the Dowell J. Howard Center, NREP at Senseny Road School, Apple Pie Ridge Elementary School and the Frederick County Public Schools Administration Building safer and more secure.
